This 2015 end of year gallery is made up of photos from the Ohio River Bridges project that were taken in late fall 2015 just prior to the completion of the new bridge. They encompass many facets of the final construction as well as showing many of the men and women who worked extremely long days and nights in order to meet the deadline.

SUPERB!
Thanks Ellen I was so busy the past few months it was impossible to keep up with my blog and the work on the project. Now that the bridge is completed the project is entering the final year which will entail the refurbishing of the Kennedy bridge and final connection of the two bridges into the three interstate highways. The pace will be a little less intense and the scope will be smaller so I hope to be more regular in my posting.
Another year of simply outstanding photos Nick — I can’t wait to see what 2016 brings!
Thanks Matthew your comments are too kind
Congratulations on a wonderful job. I know it was hard work, but so exciting for you—your photography of the project is super—well done!
Thanks Willa, Yes it’s been a wonderful experience so far and with one more year to go it should be even more exciting for me. The next phase of the project is an entirely different type of construction challenge for the project managers and I look forward to seeing what happens.
