How did you get in the position to take this photo???
I was taken up in a basket on a manlift. The construction crew have to make some repairs on the handrails on top of the bridge so they brought in a manlift. The day I was allowed to ride up in it was when the engineers and project manager were assessing the needed repairs and marking them.
Very cool, but how in the world did you get up there for this photo???
